Montgomery County Circuit Court Clerk Wendy J. Davis Announces Endorsement of Wes Golden

I am pleased to announce my endorsement and full support of Wes Golden in his bid to become the next Mayor of Montgomery County. I have known him both personally and professionally for many years, and I’ve always been impressed with his character, honesty, and willingness to serve our community.

In his position as Safety Manager for the City of Clarksville, I regularly see Wes taking an active role, whether that’s in budget meetings, observing conditions through the community, or making intelligent recommendations to the community leaders. Being the leader that he is, when there’s a problem, Wes has an amazing gift to assemble the right team to tackle it, and then lead that team to a successful outcome.

Wes is a servant of this community, working tirelessly through several local charitable organizations to raise money for children and for veteran’s programs. His service is also evident through his years with the Fire Department as a firefighter and an EMT.

Wes Golden is one of those rare individuals who makes those around him better. He is a devoted Christian, doting husband and father, and all-around good person. Please join me in voting for Wes Golden in the May 3rd Republican Primary as the next Mayor of Montgomery County. He is the right person for the job.
